On the left front tail is the "SAND-KNIT" manufacturers size 42 tag. Above this is the "MEDALIST SAND-KNIT OAKLAND RAIDERS" manufacturer's exclusive tag. On the front, back and on each sleeve is the player number "21" in black screen print. Across the back is the player name "BRANCH" in black tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
