On the left front tail is the "REEBOK" manufacturer's tag with size "44" and "4"L.B." flag tags attached. On the inside back collar is a manufacturer's tag with "01-44" on it. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "80" in navy blue on orange tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "R.SMITH" in navy blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" logo patch. Below that is the official "BRONCOS" embroidered name. On each sleeve below the player numbers is the "REEBOK" embroidered logo. The jersey has navy blue spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows moderate game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
