The bottom has been custom hemmed and shortened with no manufacturer’s tags remaining. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "21" in white on orange vinyl lettering. Across the back is the players name "BROOKS" in white vinyl lettering on a black name plate. On the right sleeve below the player number is the “RUSSELL” logo patch. The jersey shows light game-use and besides the custom hemmed bottom appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
