On the inside back collar is the "WILSON" manufacturers size 46 tag. Below that is the "95" embroidered year tag. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number "11." Across the back is the player name "WARE" on a teal name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in white on gold on black triple tackle twill. On the front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On each sleeve is the “JAGUARS” team logo patch with the “WILSON” logo above. The jersey has custom elastic sleeves. On the front left chest is the "1995 INAUGURAL SEASON" patch. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
