On the front left tail is the "APEX" manufacturers tag. Attached is an additional size "46" flag tag. Adjacent is the "94" year tag. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "13" in blue on silver tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "TORRETTA" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. Below the player number on each sleeve is the "APEX" logo patch. The jersey has custom open tailored sleeves. On the front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On the left breast is the NFL "75th ANNNIVERSARY" patch. The jersey shows moderate game-use and besides the tailored sleeves appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
