On the left front tail is the "REEBOK" manufacturer's tag with size "46" and "2"L.B." flag tags attached. On the inside back collar is a manufacturer's tag with "02-46" on it. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "89" in navy blue on gold tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "CROUCH” in navy blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL EQUIPMENT" logo patch. Below that is the official “RAMS" embroidered name. On each sleeve below the player numbers is the "REEBOK" embroidered logo and “RAMS” team logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows moderate game-use with a large team repair and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
