Frazier has signed the helmet and inscribed “Best Wished Quarterback Tommy Frazier #15 Nebraska #1 1995 NCAA Div 1A Fiesta Bowl Final Huskers 62 Gators 24.” The autograph and inscription are done in black marker and rate a 7. The helmet shows game-use and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
