On the front left tail is the "Russell" manufacturer's wash instructions size "46" tag. Attached below is the “100% Nylon” flag tag. On the front, back and each sleeve is the player number "48" in blue screen print. Across the back is the player name "JOHNSTON" in blue screen print on a white name plate. The jersey shows heavy game-use with team repairs and contact marks and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a handwritten note from Mike McCord, the Dallas Cowboys Equipment Manager.
