There are no manufacturer's tags on this shirt. On the front, back and each shoulder is the player number "7" in white on gray tackle twill. Across the back is player name "JAWORSKI" in white vinyl lettering on a green name plate. The "A" in is actually an upside down "V" applied to the nameplate with a small cut piece of another letter completing the middle of the letter "A." The sleeves on the shirt have been trimmed. The jersey shows moderate game-use and besides the alterations mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a photo of Jaws wearing this same style jersey which is autographed in blue ink rating a 7. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the autograph.
