On the front left tail is the "APEX" manufacturers tag. Attached are an additional size "46" and “LONG” flag tags. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "76" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "ELLIOTT" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "APEX" logo patch. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom elastic lineman sleeves. On the front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On the left breast is the NFL "75th ANNNIVERSARY" patch. The jersey shows heavy game-use with 9 team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
