The bottom has been custom hemmed and shortened with no manufacturer’s tags remaining. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "64" in yellow vinyl. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "REYNOLDS" in white vinyl on a blue name plate. The jersey shows heavy game-use with 8 team repairs and besides the custom hemmed bottom appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
