Next to this is the "DESIGNED & TAILORED 1995 EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHICAGO BEARS" tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "31" in white on orange tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "SALAAM" in white on orange tackle twill on a navy blue name plate. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "CHAMPION" logo patch. The jersey has navy blue spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. On the left front tail of the Donnell Woolford jersey is the "CHAMPION" manufacturer's size "48" tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "DESIGNED & TAILORED 1995 EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHICAGO BEARS" tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "21" in white on orange tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "WOOLFORD" in white on orange tackle twill on a navy blue name plate. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch.
