Foreman was a 5x Pro Bowl selection (1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977.) On the bottom left tail is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with a size 46 flag tag attached. Across the front is "NATIONAL" in white vinyl lettering. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "44" in white vinyl lettering. Across the back is the player name "FOREMAN" in white vinyl lettering directly on the back of the jersey. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
