On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "19" in white on grey tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “MITCHELL” in grey tackle twill on a blue name plate. Next to the player number on each sleeve is the "REEBOK" embroidered logo. The jersey has custom open sleeves. On the front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On the left front tail of the Chuck Long jersey is the "SAND-KNIT" manufacturers size 46 tag. Above this is the “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE DETROIT LIONS” tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "16" in white on grey screen print. Across the back is the player name “LONG” in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey has custom open & tailored sleeves. Both jerseys show light game-use and besides the custom sleeves appear to have no other alterations of any kind.
