The 1969 UPI Lineman of the Year with Notre Dame, McCoy was the second pick overall in the 1970 NFL Draft by the Packers. On the front tail of the jersey is the "SAND-KNIT" manufacturers wash tag with the size 56 flag tag attached. Above that is an additional "DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE GREEN BAY PACKERS" tag. Inside the back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "56" on it. On the front, back and both sleeves is the player number "76" in white screen print. Across the back is the player name "McCOY" in white tackle twill on a green name plate. The jersey shows heavy game-use with 15+ team repair and there appears to be no other alterations of any kind.
