Inside the back of the collar is the "Maska" manufacturer's tag with the player number “68” written in black marker. Next to this is the size “52” flag tag. Across the front on an angle is “PITTSBURGH” in yellow with black stitch on white tackle twill. On the back and both sleeves is the player number “68” in yellow on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “JAGR” in yellow on white tackle twill on a black name plate. On the lower back right tail of the jersey is the "CCM" manufacturer's patch. On each shoulder is the “Penguins” logo patch. The fight strap is still intact. The jersey is game-issued and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
