This bat comes to us from the personal collection of Jerry Grote. This Grote H&B has the model number “S2” stamped into the knob end. It has been signed by 30 members of the 1974 American League All-Star Team including Thurman Munson, rating an 8, Brooks Robinson, Carlton Fisk, Catfish Hunter(deceased), Carl Yastrzemski, Dick Williams, Al Kaline, Earl Weaver, Darrell Porter, Whitey Herzog, Frank Robinson, Don Money, Rollie Fingers, Bert Campaneris and Reggie Jackson. All signatures are done in black marker and rate an overall 8. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
