This is truly a piece of Yankees history. We were told by our consignor that it hung in the original Yankee Stadium over the entranceway to the Yankee clubhouse and was taken down during the renovations of the early 1970s. It is two pieces of wood connected together, measuring 18-1/2” x 41” x 2-1/2” as a whole. At the center are the Yankee bat and top hat logo covering the interlocking “NY” logo. It is in VG overall condition with some splitting of the wood on back and edges.
