Full unused ticket from Game Three (Yankee Stadium) of the 1964 Yankees-Cardinals World Series, encapsulated and graded “GOOD 2” by PSA/DNA. Mickey Mantle came into the Series tied with Babe Ruth for most home runs hit in World Series play. In the bottom of the ninth of Game Three, with the game tied at one, Mantle told on-deck hitter Elston Howard to go back to the clubhouse because he was going to hit a home run. Mantle swung on the first pitch and hit it into the right field stands to win the game for the Yankees. With this, his sixteenth, Mantle broke Babe Ruth's record. Also a full unused ticket from Game Seven (Sportsman’s Park), at least EXMT-NRMT with no creases. Mantle hit a three-run homer in the sixth inning of Game Seven, adding to his own record for total home runs in the World Series (18).
