After Chris Chambliss’ home run to beat Kansas City in game 5 of the 1976 ALCS, our consignor told us that he was one of the tens of thousands who stormed the field at Yankee Stadium. During the huge celebration, he obtained this piece of the right field wall and kept it until now as a memory of that great moment in Yankee history. It measures 35” x 48” and has 2-1/2” of thick padded foam. On back is “RF 53” in black marker denoting the placement on the stadium wall in right field, right near Mr. October himself! There is no rips or tears in the blue vinyl covering and it is in EX overall condition. It is accompanied by a Letter of Provenance from our consignor.
