Lynn Nolan Ryan, Jr. played in a major league record 27 seasons and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999. "The Ryan Express" was an eight-time MLB All-Star, and his 5,714 career strikeouts rank first in baseball history. Ryan is the all-time leader in no-hitters with seven, three more than any other pitcher. Ryan was a member of the “Miracle Mets” who won the World Series in 1969. Inside the rear collar is the “KM PRO” manufacturers tag. Below is the jacket size “44” tag. Above is a white tag with player number “30” written in black marker. On the left breast is the team “NY” logo embroidered in orange stitch on orange felt. On the left sleeve is the team patch. Dick Selma and Dennis Riband both wore #30 for a short time. However, their body sizes would seem too small for a 44. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is absolutely beautiful and in NRMT overall condition. Accompanied by a LOA from MEARS.
