Across the front is the team name "BRAVES" in blue on white tackle twill with red stitching. Below on front and on the back is the player number "5" done in the same style tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HORNER" on a white name plate in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the “GEOGIA 250” patch. Autographed on front in blue marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
