Inside the back collar is the "Wilson" manufacturers size 42 tag with wash instructions. On the left front is the “16 80” embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "Padres" and on the back is the player number "16." Both are done in orange on yellow on brown tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "D’ACQUISTO" in brown tackle twill on a white name plate which has been changed. This jersey shows game-use and with the exception of the nameplate change appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
