On the left front tail of the alternate jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer’s size 44 tag. Outside the left inseam is the “Cool Base” flag tag. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0063". Inside the back of the collar is an embroidered strip tag reading "1 44 08 S6." On the left breast of this jersey is the "CUBS" logo patch. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "FUKUDOME" with the player number “1” below. All lettering and numbering is done in red on white tackle twill. On back of the collar is “MLB” logo patch. On the right sleeve is the “NATIONAL LEAGUE" logo patch. On the left sleeve is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. In the back waistband of the road pants is the "Majestic" manufacturer’s tag. Attached is the embroidered “1 34-41.5 35 OB C 08 S2” strip tag. The jersey and pants show game use and appear to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from the Chicago Cubs.
