Across the front of the jersey is "ANGELS" in red on white on navy blue on light blue tackle twill. Below on the left front chest is the player number "40" in navy blue on light blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "PERCIVAL" in navy blue on white tackle twill sewn directly on the jersey. Below on the back is the player number "40" in red on white on navy blue triple tackle twill. On the right sleeve of this jersey is the "1999 ALL-STAR GAME" patch. On the left sleeve is the "ANAHEIM" patch. Autographed on back in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
