On the left front tail is the "Russell" manufacturers size 48 tag. Attached below is the "100% Polyester" and “2” Extra Length” flag tags with a "2000" strip tag. Across the front is "RED SOX" in red on navy tackle twill. Across the back is the player number "5" in red on navy tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "Russell" embroidered logo. Autographed on back in blue marker and rates a 7. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
