What else can be said about Derek Jeter that has not already been said; four time World Champion, countless All-Star Games, Gold Gloves, a Post-Season resume for the ages, but most importantly, a winner. This Derek Jeter game-used glove was sourced directly from the Turn 2 Foundation. “Rawlings” manufactured black leather glove with tan lacing. On the outer thumb is “Derek Jeter” embroidered in white stitch. On the inside of the glove is the model number “PRO-DJ2” stamped in silver along with “11-1/2 INCH.” Jeter has signed the inner ring finger in silver marker which rates a 6-7 with light smudging. On the outer pinky is “GOLD GLOVE SERIES.” There is scuffing and heavy dirt staining to the outer fingers, perhaps infield dirt from the House that Ruth Built? The inner pocket shows beautiful wear and nice game-use and exhibits all the proper markings. The glove appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a box with Fedex label addressed from “TURN 2 INC” in Cleveland, Ohio to our consignor dated 8/20/01.
