Bobby Joe Mason’s career with the Harlem Globetrotters spanned from 1962 to 1976. During his tenure with the Globetrotters, he was named MVP of the 1962 College Series and was a part of the popular television series "Harlem Globetrotter Popcorn Machine." While still a Globetrotter in 1971, Mason was named to the prestigious all-time All-Missouri Valley Conference team. On the front tail is the "Wilson" manufacturers tag with the jersey size "42" on it. Attached is an additional flag tag, which is unreadable. Across the front is "HARLEM" in red on white tackle twill. Below is "GLOBETROTTERS" in yellow tackle twill. On the front and the back are eight stars in red on yellow tackle twill. On the front and back is the player number "14" in white on red tackle twill. Above the player number on back is the player name "MASON" in red on white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
