Just when you thought you’d seen everything, offered here is truly a unique and one-of-a-kind Michael Jordan personally owned and autographed item. This very mailbox was hit by a car while outside MJs house at 2022 Windy Hill in Highland Park, Illinois and detached from its wood base. It was then picked up by a fan passing by who eventually got it autographed at a UDA event. The wood frame to the mailbox measures 47” x 27” with the mailbox itself measuring 19”. On each side are the house numbers “2022” in gold numbers. The mailbox is white and shows some rust. On front is Michael Jordan’s signature done in black marker rating a near perfect 10. Adjacent is the Upper Deck silver hologram sticker numbered “BAF62640.” There is a plastic sleeve applied to the mailbox which is covering and protecting the beautiful signature. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the autograph. It is also accompanied by several photographs showing a replacement mailbox in front of Jordan’s home at the “2022” address. For the Jordan collector who thinks he has everything, think again!
