Circa 1980 Reggie Jackson NY Yankees Game Cap (LOA of Provenance)

Inside the cap is the “New Era” manufacturer’s cap. Adjacent is the size “7-1/4” flag tag. Under the brim is the player number “44” written in black marker. The cap shows very light use and is accompanied by a letter of provenance from our consignor which states in part, "I was employed by the Dodgers when Reggie gave me this cap straight from his locker in the visiting clubhouse at Dodger Sradium on October 25, 1981 following Game 5 of the World Series. It has been in my posession ever since."
