Throughout the September 6-11, 2005 home stand in tribute to the efforts of organizations working to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Yankees wore Salvation Army patches on the right sleeves of their jerseys. On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag with a series of flag tags attached reading size "48", and another tag that reads "2005". Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. On the left breast of the jersey is the "NY" logo in navy blue tackle twill. On the back is the player number "17" in navy blue tackle twill. On the20back outside collar is the official "MLB" logo patch. On the right sleeve is the "Salvation Army" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a Yankees-Steiner LOA.
