On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's size "40" tag with wash instructions. Below is the “Wilson” “SET 1 1968” year tag. In the collar is a strip tag that reads "5-40-68-1" in blue stitch. Across the front is "NEW YORK." Below that and on the back is the player number "43." All lettering and numbering is done in blue on orange felt. On the left sleeve is the "Mets" team logo patch. Originally issued and worn by #5 Ed Charles and then re-issued and worn by #43 Jim McAndrew. Autographed on front in blue marker by Jim McAndrew and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and besides the number change appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
