On the left front tail is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached is a size “46” flag tag. Inside the left inseam is a wash tag with code "0062". Across the front is "PHILLIES" in red and blue embroidery on white tackle twill. On the back and the left sleeve is the player number "26". Across the back is the player name "UTLEY." All lettering and numbering is done in red on white tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. On the left sleeve is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. On the right sleeve is the “VUK” patch. There is team Velcro between the buttons to keep the jersey secure. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
