Attached below is the "50 100% Polyester" flag tag. Across the front is "PADRES" in navy blue on white tackle twill. Below on the left is the player number “19” in navy blue tackle twill. On the back is the player number “19” in navy blue on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "GWYNN" in navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "San Diego Padres Baseball Club" patch with the embroidered “Russell” logo below. On the back outside collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. Autographed on the back number in silver marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind; Manuf: H&B, Model: B267, Length: 33 in, Weight: 30.1 oz, Wood: Ash, Condition: Uncracked with ball/hit marks surrounding the entire back barrel, white ball transfer marks on the right, back and front barrel. The model number is stamped into the barrel face. On the barrel face is a "Friar" stamped which makes the bat a rare Gwynn indeed. Gwynn's number (19) is on the knob end and barrel end. There is a light coat of pine tar on the lower barrel. There is a spiral pattern of tape on the lower handle. Overall: EXCELLENT with moderate game use - PSA/DNA GRADED 8.5. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA. The helmet is an “abc” batting helmet with Gwynn’s number “19” decals on back, size “7-1/8.” Inside on the rear foam is “4/7/99 vs. COL # 2932 2933” in black ink. Tony has signed the outer brim in silver marker rating an 8-9. It shows light game-use. This lot is accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as a COA from Tony Gywnn.
