Across the front is "PADRES" in navy blue on white on orange triple tackle twill. On back is the player number "51" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HOFFMAN" in navy blue tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the "RUSSELL" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the “PADRES BASEBALL CLUB” patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
