The New York Giants made history on Feb. 3, 2008, when they beat the previously undefeated and supposedly invincible New England Patriot by a score of 17-14 in Super Bowl XLII. It was the combination of the Giants stifling defense clamping down on Pats quarterback Tom Brady, a stellar two-touchdown performance by SB XLII MVP Eli Manning, and David Tyree's impossible, one-for-the-ages clutch reception on the final drive that put New York over the top and secured the team's third Super Bowl Championship. This Super Bowl XLII Champions helmet will be signed by more than 30 members of the 2007 NY Giants including Bradshaw, Burress, Jacobs, Manning, Pierce, Strahan, Toomer, and Umenyiora. All signatures are done in silver marker and rate an overall 8. It is accompanied by a COA from Steiner as well as a LOA from JSA.
