Framed and matted to measure 22” x 27”, the photo measures 16” x 20” and pictures NY Rangers Captain Mark Messier with his arms raised after scoring a goal. Mess has signed the photo in blue marker rating a strong 9. At the bottom right is a limited edition number written on the photo but it is partially hidden by the matting. It is in NM overall condition and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
