On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 42 tag with wash instructions. Above is an additional tag which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Philadelphia 76ers." Adjacent are additional manufacturers embroidered tags with "90" and "2" L.B." on them. Across the front is "SIXERS" in blue on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "11" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BOL" in blue tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Autographed on front in black marker and rates a 9. There is a small two inch tear on the front of the jersey. On the back inside waistband of the shorts is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 34 tag. Next to this is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Philadelphia 76ers" tag. Next to those are four additional embroidered strip tags which read "1" H.R.", “2” L.I.”, "89", and a blank tag with the player number “11” written in black marker. On the front right leg is the “76ers” team logo patch. On the front left leg is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
