On the left front tail is the "ADIDAS" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are four additional manufacturers tags with the jersey size "52", "2” L.B.," "2006-2007" and “CLIMALITE” on them. Above that is an additional tag "Hardwood Classics" with a "1967-68" year tag. Across the front is "DENVER" in black on orange tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "15" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "ANTHONY" in black tackle twill. On the20left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the back outside collar is the “Denver Rockets” logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
