On the inside back collar is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer’s size "40" tag. Above is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Utah Jazz" tag. There are two additional embroidered strip tags which read "86” and “12.” On the front left breast is the “JAZZ” logo in purple, green, and yellow tackle twill. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Across the back is the “JAZZ” logo in purple, green, and yellow tackle twill. The jacket shows wear and there appears to be no alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided.
