In the back collar of the warm-up jacket is the "Reebok” “Hardwood Classics” manufacturer's size “2XL Tall” tag. Written on this tag is the player number “47” in black marker. On the front left breast is the “Utah Jazz” logo patch with the “REEBOK” embroidered logo in purple above. On the front right breast is “1979” embroidered in purple and yellow. Across the back is “UTAH JAZZ” in purple, green, and yellow tackle twill with white embroidery. The jacket shows wear and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
