There are four pieces of Velcro on the bottom to keep it secured in the shorts. On the left front tail of the Sam Mitchell jersey is the "Starter" manufacturer's tag. Attached are three additional manufacturer's tags, with the jersey size "48," “4” L.B.,” and “97/98” on them. Next to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with "97-98 SET #2" on it.
