On the right breast is player number “40” in green tackle twill. On the upper right shoulder is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Across the back is the player name “KEMP” in yellow on white tackle twill. In the back waistband of the pants is the "CHAMPION" size 40 manufacturers tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Seattle Supersonics RISE +2 INSEAM 40" tag. On the upper left leg is the player number “40” in green tackle twill with the “Champion” logo patch above. On each lower leg is “SONICS” in white on green screen print. The uniform shows wear and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
