On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturer’s size 48 tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "Designed 1993-1994 & Tailored Exclusively for Houston Rockets BODY LENGTH +3" tag. On the front is "HOUSTON." Below and on back is the player number “34.” Across the back is the player name "OLAJUWON". All lettering and numbering is done in white tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. There is a large tear between the front numbers. The jersey shows good game-use and besides the large tear appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
