On the front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached are four additional manufacturer’s tags with the jersey size "50","LENGTH +4", “PLAYDRY”, and "2004-2005" on them. Across the front is "NEW ORLEANS" in white on purple on yellow triple tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "23" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "SMITH" in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the front collar is the "Hornets" logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided.
