On the back inside collar is the "CHAMPION" size 48 manufacturers tag with wash instruct ions. Player number “34” is written on this tag in black marker. Next to this is the "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Phoenix Suns BODY LENGTH +2 SLEEVE LENGTH +3" tag. Across the front of the jacket is the "SUNS" shooting star logo. On the upper right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the “CHAMPION” logo patch. Autographed on front in black marker and rates an 8. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
