Throughout his Hall of Fame career with the Buffalo Bills, Jim Kelly led his team to the playoffs on eight separate occasions, including four consecutive Super Bowls. On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 44 tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the “Designed & Tailored 1994 Exclusively for the Buffalo Bills” tag. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "12" in blue on red screen print. Across the back is the player name "KELLY" in blue screen print on a white name plate. Above the number on each sleeve is the "Champion" logo patch. On the front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On the front right breast is the "Bills 35th Anniversary” patch. On the left breast is the "NFL 75th Anniversary” patch. The jersey shows light quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
