The bottom has been custom hemmed so no manufacturer’s tags remain. Inside the back collar is another manufacturer's tag with "01-54" on it. On the front and back is the player number "14" in white on light blue tackle twill. On each shoulder is the player number "14" in navy blue on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "O’DONNELL" in white tackle twill on a navy blue name plate. The jersey has navy blue spandex sides and custom quarterback sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below this is the "Titans" logo patch. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" logo patch with the "TITANS" embroidered patch below. The jersey has been autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows moderate quarterback game-use and besides the custom hemmed bottom appears to have no other alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
