On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag with the size"44" and "6" L.B." flag tags attached. Written on this tag in black marker is “@ DALLAS.” On the inside back collar is the manufacturers tag with "07-48" "S". On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "5" in white on green on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "McNABB" in white on black tackle twill on a green name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below is "EAGLES" embroidered. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below that is the Eagles logo patch. On the left breast is the “75 Seasons” patch. The jersey has green spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. Autographed on back in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows light quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Worn 12/16/2007 vs. the Dallas Cowboys. JO Sports “Thermapatch” attached inside the front tail and JO Sports LOA. Includes LOA from Donovan McNabb. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
