On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag with the size"46" flag tag attached. In the inside back collar is a manufacturer’s strip tag with "03-46 S." It was manufactured in 2003 and worn in 2008. On the front, back and each shoulder is the player number "11" in white on silver on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "CULPEPPER" in white on black tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey has custom elastic sleeves which have been taken in. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo patch which has been reapplied. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch with “LIONS” embroidered below. The sides have been taken in. The jersey shows light quarterback game-use and with the exception of what is mentioned appears to have no further alterations of any kind. JO Sports “Thermapatch” attached inside the front tail.
